Democrats: More works, less faith

In 2004, I cringed whenever John Kerry quoted the Bible, as he invariably quoted the book of James--which doesn't necessarily endear a person to evangelicals, with their all-Paul-all-the-time theology.

As everyone everywhere has noted, 2008 is a different year for Democrats and People of Faith® than 2004 was. But, as this smart RNS piece observes, James retains a high profile.
